Services
Here is a general overview of what to expect.
Since the locate law there is at least a 2 business day wait on placing post in the ground (weekends not included). We take care of calling for locates, and ask that you put a stake sign in the ground of where you would like the post. We have the locate companies do a 6 ft. radius around that location. We ask that you provide the Thomas Guide Page info so we can put it on the locate request. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you or your client but we are required by law to follow this process.
To get signs into our inventory we can pick them up from your office or you can leave them at the first house we install for you.
If you have name riders for us to hang note this in tbe "special instructions" field each time you order a placement as not all agents use them. This is also where you would put request for clips or to leave zip ties if you wish to hang your own sign.
All post placements are rentals are for 6 months with mandatory removal. You must place the "post removal" order upon close of sale or close of your listing. Cost of rental covers general wear and tear. All otber damaged are the responsibility of you.
Fees
Post & Sign Rental $34.00 for 6 months with Renewal fee of $12.00 for each 6 months there after.
Post Only Rental $28.00 for 6 months with Renewal fee of $10.00 for each 6 months there after.
Out of Area Fee of $15.00.
Move/reset of post during rental period or to Re-hang sign: $15.00
$25.00 Return check fee + Fees charged to us.
Damage or Missing Post cost of new placement
There is an $8.00 late fee on each item unpaid on your invoice each month. This will be enforced.
Statements are mailed at the beginning of each month providing an itemization of each placement, for the prior month and a summary of posts in the ground. Be sure to review this each month in case there are posts listed which need removal.
